BRS precision was dreamt into fruition by Mr. B. S Patil, an I. A. S officer and former chief secretary of the government of Karnataka, after his retirement. He decided to use his expertise in the precision engineering industry to set up BRS. His ambition, knowledge and commitment are what has driven BRS to where it is today.
Ningaraj Ammanagi is an expert in tech. With 20+ years of experience in technical aspects of the automotive, aerospace, and other related industries, he ensures that BRS precision is in technically sound hands.
BRS Precision had its humble beginnings in 2011. Since then, it has grown exponentially, and stands today as a strong contender in high precision machining of forging, casting, aluminium and steel components. It seeks to provide high quality products to the automobile industry that includes fuel injectors and wheel and axle parts, the aerospace industry, the healthcare industry and other industries wherein high precision parts are a requirement. With two state-of-the-art units in Karnataka today, the company focuses on high precision with its efficient machinery. This includes VMC and CNC machines and special purpose machines such as hobbing, spline rolling and cylindrical grinding. It has also set up special processes like Zinc phosphating.
BRS Precision has extended its services to clientele such as Bosch, Automotive Axle, Bharat Forge Ltd, TVS-Delphi, Ferra Aero Space and BEML, HAL. Having received IATF accreditation and a certificate in implementing lean production systems, BRS Precision looks towards the future with vigour, integrity and a commitment to improvement.
OUR STORY
BRS had its humble beginnings in a rented shed as a 2-tier supplier to Quest global, now known as AEQUS Global in 2011. In 2014, the company shifted to its own plant in Bangalore, and it was upwards from there. In 2015, BRS was recognised as an ISO 9001-2015/IATF 16949 company. The next year, Bosch recognised and approved BRS as their prime supplier for fulcrum lever and flanges. In 2018, BRS got its second 2-acre plant in Mysore and grew to its standing today. From a 4000 sq. foot rented shed and manpower of 10, the company now stands with 2 state-of-the-art units in Bangalore and Mysore, spread over 2 acres each, machining capacity of 40,000 hours per month, manpower of 130 employees and 40 VMC and CNC machines. Not only has the company grown physically, it has also grown with it a strong vision for the future. It looks towards expansion, constant improvement and aims to be the preferred global partner in every market it enters.
